What is the difference between HiLook and HiLook Plus?
HiLook Plus is the enhanced specification for the Taiwan market. Compared with the standard range, Plus models typically use a higher-grade metal housing, match Hikvision-branded feature sets, include AcuSense AI detection, and carry the official warranty provided by Aegiron.
Why buy HiLook Plus products through Aegiron?
Buying through the authorised distributor guarantees Taiwan-specific firmware, a full three-year warranty and professional after-sales technical support. Parallel imports frequently cannot be bound to the official app and have no repair path.

Product Technology
What is AcuSense, and what does it do for me?
AcuSense is Hikvision’s AI algorithm. It filters out false alarms caused by foliage, rain, shadows or animals, triggering only when a person or a vehicle is detected — which greatly improves detection accuracy.
What is ColorVu, and does HiLook Plus support it?
ColorVu combines an F1.0 aperture with a full-colour supplement light, producing daylight-like colour images even in complete darkness. Selected HiLook Plus models ship with this technology.
Do the cameras support two-way audio?
Models with a built-in microphone and speaker support two-way audio, letting you talk to people on site remotely through the mobile app.
Does HiLook Plus support PoE?
Yes. The entire IP camera range supports PoE (Power over Ethernet), so a single network cable carries both power and data and simplifies cabling.
Are HiLook Plus IP cameras compatible with other brands of NVR?
Our devices support the ONVIF standard, so they are highly compatible and work with most mainstream recorders on the market.
Why is HiLook Plus night vision better than other brands?
We use Hikvision’s patented EXIR infrared technology, which spreads illumination more evenly and avoids the dark corners common with other IR designs.

How do I view my HiLook Plus cameras remotely on my phone?
Download the official HiLook Vision app and scan the QR code on the device to pair it and start remote viewing.
How do I receive alarm notifications on my phone?
Enable push notifications in the HiLook Vision app and turn on detection triggers in the device settings to receive alerts in real time.

How long is the HiLook Plus warranty?
All products sold through Aegiron carry a three-year manufacturer warranty as standard.
How do I request a repair?
Contact the contractor who installed the system, or register the case on our website or LINE account. Our technical support team will guide you through inspection, repair or replacement.
Can parallel imports be repaired under warranty?
Unfortunately not. Units bought outside the authorised channel are not covered by the Taiwan distributor’s technical support or warranty. We recommend avoiding parallel imports of uncertain origin.
